Can Kyle Larson continue winning ways in a Late Model?

Not only was the 42 CGR car less than top-rung, pit-stops were lacking too. Larson would loose ground on every stop. Kyle was over-performing with a 2nd-rate car/team.

I think it's amusing how many DLM fans apparently feel threatened by Kyle Larson potentially being successful.

I was wondering if I'm the only one who smiles at the paranoia. Guess not.

Keneseth was good. Not GREAT. He did win a series Championship but didn't even win a race that year.

Better check the records Need. Kenseth won the Cup race at Vegas in early March during his 2003 Cup Championship season. That season is what precipitated the silly chase gimmick that paradoxically coincided with Kenseth's championship season. Roger Penske was one of the biggest and loudest whiners who pressured NASCAR to go full gimmick for the 2004 Cup season.

I’d prefer to see a DLM driver win. Yes. Or even a Bubba Pollard who doesn’t race to pay the bills. But yeah.. you fools just got me to buy a Kyle Larson shirt. I don’t hate him.

A true dirt late model fan, such as myself, would do well to welcome a world class racer such as Larson to the ranks of dirt late model drivers. Any dirt late model event he graces with his presence will garner much more attention with him participating than not. Publicity is good and Larson brings a lot of it by just showing up

Good interview on dod w kyle on his expectations. He just want to make all 3 A mains and finish in top 15. Hes not there to prove anything or to show off to other racers. He just wants to go have fun.
