Maryville, Tennessee – A big night of racing is on tap at Smoky Mountain Speedway on Saturday, September 5. Four divisions of racing and the Hall of Fame induction ceremony are on the action-packed lineup for Rockin’ with the Stars Hall of Fame 100 presented by Classic Rock 103.5 WIMZ.

The Schaffer’s Oil Fall Nationals will begin its 2020 campaign at Smoky Mountain with a 40-lap, $5,000 to win race. Defending series champion Donald McIntosh will look to start off the 2020 tour with a win. David Payne, Vic Hill, Ryan King, Michael Chilton, Tommy Kerr, Robby Moses, and many others are expected for the event.

Also racing will be the limited late models for $1,200 to win, sportsman late models for $800 to win, and the Kajun mini stocks for $1,500 to win. Each of those races will be 20 laps in length. Fans will get to see 100 laps of feature racing.

There is a bounty on Jed Emert in the sportsman late model division. Any driver that can beat Emert will collect a $500 bonus. Emert must still be running at the finish and be on the lead lap for a driver to collect the bounty.

It will also be Hall of Fame Night at Smoky Mountain Speedway. During the program’s intermission, Robert Smawley, Paul Dean Holt, Walter Ball, James Price, and Calvin Mikels will be inducted into the Smoky Mountain Speedway Hall of Fame. Prior to racing, fans can see race cars from past to present in the concourse area.

Pit gates open at 2:00. Grandstand and tier parking gates open at 3:00. The drivers’ meeting is scheduled for 6:00 with hot laps to follow at 6:30.

There will be no personal vehicles allowed to park inside the pit gates due to the number of racers expected for this event. Only select track personnel will be allowed to park in the pit area, no exceptions.

Grandstand ticket prices are $20 for adults, kids 11 and under are free. Tier parking tickets are $25 for adults, kids 11 and under are free. The deadline for media credential requests is Thursday, September 3. No walk-up credentials will be issued. All credential requests will be made through the speedway and not through the series or any sponsors. Credentials will not be issued to individuals. Credentials must be made by a recognized media organization. Anyone that has covered a prior event this season must submit a new request as credentials do not carry over from event to event.
