Glad I got to see two of his wins in a midget, and glad for those in attendance at Port Royal.

I just hope he wins in that 14 car otherwise it makes dirt racing look like a joke. Kind of like when bloomer finished 2 laps down in a KBM truck at eldora. Anyways Kyle Larson has to be the most talented I’ve seen on dirt. Unreal.

Which is it boys? Are late models a little easier to drive than we've been led to believe or is Larson that much better than the guys driving those late models? You boys make the call!

Larson just kicked ass and took names against the best generic dirt late models have to offer. Sheppard, who is arguably one of the 2 or 3 best drivers in the country had nothing for him.

Let's see here, Larson has won races driving:

    1. Midgets
    2. Wingless sprint cars
    3. Winged sprint cars.
    4. USAC Silver Crown Cars
    5. Asphalt super late models.
    6. NASCAR Trucks on both dirt & pavement.
    7. NASCAR Xfinity series.
    8. NASCAR Cup series.
    9. Daytona Prototype sports car.

    Am I forgetting any?

The Kentucky Derby is coming up soon. If he gets a ride in that I'd bet on him to win it, too! LOL!

Drink it in folks. This kid is making history every time he takes a green flag.

The only option is A: We’re watching a generational talent.

My wife and I have been cheering him on every lap this weekend and, thanks to FloRacing, a whole lot of sprint races since early June. He’s just a special talent, and a really fine young man. Can’t wait to get the shirt I ordered yesterday lol.

I'd have to see him do 100 laps at Cedar Lake or Fairbury before I crown the King! Lol....

If someone gave him an indy car ride I’d be at the Sportsbook as soon as possible to bet on him to win next years 500.

I would love to see Larson run the Indy 500 and really round out his resume. Kurt Busch and AJ Allmendinger didn't embarrass themselves when they ran it. Give Kyle a good ride and I think he could do ok. I still believe he will be back in Nascar because of the money, but I sure he keeps kicking up dirt when he can!

Still don't believe, do ya'. Or maybe you just don't wanna' believe!

He just did 100 miles/laps about a week ago in a type of racecar that he hasn't driven for 9 years. Yep, he won!

I watched Larson race a midget 100 laps (actually it was 98 laps) at Perris, California in the 2012 Turkey Night Grand Prix against the likes of Tracy Hines, Bryan Clauson, Jerry Coons Jr. among others. Yep, he won! Do you see a pattern here?

What makes CL and Fairbury so tough? They're both just another dirt race track. Larson raced with the WoO's at Fairbury twice. Finished 2nd in 2018 and won in 2019.

There is little doubt Larson could win at either one of those tracks.

I'd give odds the best and brightest dirt late model drivers and crew chiefs are scratching their heads right now wondering what the he!! makes this kid so good.

Me too 15b24fan. Larson could not only win the 500 in a competitive car but he'd be the most popular and anticipated driver to race in the Indy 500 since Rick Mears. I've gotta' believe there are many people among the Indy Car ranks that have thoughts right now of attempting to entice Larson to race in the 500. Roger Penske knows better than anyone how much attention Larson would bring to The Speedway during the month of May.

By GOD, All of the touting the last few years about this kids INCREDIBLE talent and I will be the first to step on up and admit that you in your great wisdom was SPOT ON ! ! ! ! I have a feeling that if the phenom can win in an awkward looking and " slow cumbersome " dirt late model , then he can win in ANYTHING !! Whats next ? Oswego super mods ?

CIRF, He started on the front row, Lucas Oil has to love this exposure to stick it to NASCAR. Still gotta see him on a bullring to see the talent.

Those of us that have seen him win numerous times in midgets, sprint cars, etc. are NOT the least bit surprised that he won in his 2nd night in a late model.

Ahhh, I see. It was easy and Sheppard laid down and let Larson win. Okay. Have it your way! You'd better hurry and eat up so as you don't let your crow get cold. LOL!

Do bullrings require exponentially more talent, skill and bravery? If so what makes you believe Larson couldn't win at Fairbury, or Macon? Splain it for us uninformed.

We've all watched Larson race on a maybe the toughest bull ring of them all in the biggest, best and most competitive dirt race year in and year out. He won it just last January. It's called The Chili Bowl.

Larson is without a doubt the best dirt racer in the world today. Maybe ever! You don't have to admit it to know it's true. LOL!
