Some good brisket, with some Sonnys sweet sauce, must have you feeling a little chippy today.......well done sir!
I missed this the other day, haven't done a brisket in a minute.....might turn into a new tradition for Christmas Eve, thanks for the idea.
With our brisket , I just pour the juice out of the Texas crutch when I'm done and slop the brisket through that....normally have a small bowl of it beside my plate( it's basically butter and smoked meat juices) to dip the brisket it.....if I have to put sauce on a brisket I've fukt it up IMO.
Sonnys on ribs or chicken?? Whole different ballgame.....it's great to finish with.
