Default Pull Bar Location - wheelie issues

Our car is having issues with it always wanting to do wheelies. We have the left front chained up so it has 1.5in of travel. We have moved the direction of the pull bar so it’s angled to the Rf. It helps but then the car push increases. Does angling the pull bar up or down help with the wheelie issue? Also the pull mount in the frame is above the drive shaft so about centered. But we do have a mount that real left and way lower in The frame. We believe our issue is mostly pull bar location related. Any help. Much appreciative

how high up off driveshaft hoop are you?
how high off the top of rear end?
I think there should be lifeguards in the genepool.
