You must race down south. They believe it for sure. Even though no one ever backed to back tested legal vs soaked tires.

It takes about 4k in equipment to do it right!

Spray and wipe will only get you a couple of good laps!

fwiw......we had 2 "chemical engineers" in my area that everybody bought their juice from. One went to work for Bloomer for quite awhile!

And so if a series says , everyone runs the tires we provide for sale at our events......suck it up cupcake.

Why exactly is that a bad thing?

The drivers or their sponsors have to buy tires from somewhere.....other than the "it being a pain in the azz to mount them all up at the track part, what else is so terrible?

Guess the downside would be you can't cheat them up, lol.

Even when the series sells the tires at the track the day of the race, they can and will be juiced. Not every treatment requires em to be soaked overnight or whatever.

I can say one thing for sure on tires, they can ruin racing. Karts, on dirt, was destroyed over it, and other forms i have raced over the years.

Spec tires, at the track is a real thing.

No real good answer is the problem.

    Just say no...

Big time dirt late model racing is expensive.

The series could negotiate a fair price on the tires and police the pits a little to prevent or limit what Josh is describing. Anything is an improvement.

That's fine if the rule stays in the big time. Things tend to trickle down.

I don't think so. If you read what happened, Eckert got the kid glove treatment. They took extra steps to try and exonerate him.

Am i the only one that thinks this whole deal is a Hoosier thing. Not dopping tires so much as being given different tires. Seems far more plausible to me
