Show over at 8:43 local time and we have people complaining that it took too long lol. If ya think that’s late, y’all would really hate it down here in the South.

Another masterpiece by BShepp. Stalk for 45 laps and then pounce with 5 to go.

Something electrical blew and the light above the flagstand threw sparks. Yikes.

Not really. What they did was the plan for the program and they stayed in track. The plan was to be done by 9:00pm and the beat it by 20 minutes.

Sure was. First time ever being home before 10:00 from a race at LaSalle. If that was too drug out for anyone, they should have stayed home.

It would be dam hard to drag this out with only two classes (one only having 10 cars) unless, it was at FC...

he is in a zone thats for sure. hard to beat no matter which car he is in. and for anybody who complains about the time would probably complain about paying taxes on lottery jackpots.

Awesome job Tony, thank you! Hope we get 4 races at LaSalle in 2021
-
Was just wondering......how was the attendance. Were there enough people for Tony to turn a profit? Hopefully yes so they will consider some races again next year.

Every other row was marked off. I'd guess attendance was around 60-70% or so.

Thanks for the info. Sounds like a successful event. Sure be nice to see even a limited schedule next year for LaSalle. Thanks again for your excellent race reporting. You deserve praise from all of us that could not attend. I was at the Winchester 400 yesterday and they had an excellent crowd. No row spacing there. 400 laps on those high banks is a test for both drivers and their machines.
