ADAIRSVILLE, GA – The Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Weekly Racing Series Late Model Week 19 results are listed below. The complete point standings through Week 19 of the 22-week 2020 season are posted at www.crateracinusa.com.

Only one of seven scheduled races were held, as remnants of Hurricane Delta blew through the Southeast on Saturday. All Tech Raceway in Lake City, FL hosted the only Week 19 Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Weekly Racing Series Late Model event that was won by Mark Whitener of Middleburg, FL in the Baker Farms Special.

The Week 19 rainouts have necessitated Double Features this Saturday night at Pike County Speedway in McComb, MS and Thunderhill Raceway in Summertown, TN. These two tracks will run Week 19 Make-Up Races and Week 20 events.

Magnolia Motor Speedway in Columbus, MS will run a Week 5 Make Up Race this Friday night, and their regularly scheduled Week 20 race on Saturday night. Week 20 will be the final week of the 22-week season that tracks can schedule Double Feature events to make-up rained out events.

These double feature shows and make-up races may also decide if Shannon Lee of Lumberton, MS takes his second straight $10,000 Crate Racin’ USA Weekly Racing Series Late Model National Championship, or if Oakley Johns of Hohenwald, TN will stay in the running for the 2020 Weekly Late Model title.
