Default Parker Martin is a PUNK

I read the article on DirtonDirt and that young man has a lot of growing up to do.
I hope he always has bad luck in his racing career with an attitude like his.
He maybe 16 years old, but if you want to race act like you have some sense and show people some respect. You don't wreck anybody on purpose for any amount of money you DUMMY.

I think he's 15. Eventually he'll get a education. At least he's honest and admitted his intentions.

He’ll hit something hard soon. At that point it will be up to him to mature behind the wheel or keep putting clips on cars.

Deserves it. There’s another “kid” in that race that drives the same way. All past due bills eventually get collected.

Lot of talk about age of drivers...

My 0.02, once you strap in that racecar and pull out on the track, age goes out the window. If you put on "big boy" pants and race with the Big Boys, then you deserve any and all retribution you get in return after pulling a b!@ch move.

You wreck another man's car intentionally, you DO NOT get to hide behind your age to get a pass from getting punted next time out, or punched in the head in the pits.

Call me old school, but I see zero reason for a 15 or 16 yr old to get a free pass on the race track.

I could not believe how he came off in that DoD article. Where are the parents in all this? He is surely going to get what is coming to him.

On the race track, absolutely, still can’t lay a hand on him. Common sense, he’s 15, once he’s 18, I’m sure he’ll have debt collectors show up. Wouldn’t be worth the lawsuit or jail time.
Up in the air who my next “favorite” driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normal”.

Most definitely. I attempted to defend him sort of. I thought surely he didn’t intentionally just drive through a guy who past him cleanly. Like, he’s 15 and just messed up. Oh no, just totally worse than you can imagine.

I've been to a few tracks in the past where you pull that chit and you would need a police escort to leave the track property and possibly all the way home.

And this is why 15 and 16 year old's should not be on the track with the big dogs!!!

What blows me away, is his dad owns/runs a track.. Surely to God his parents have thrown someone out or disqualified someone for the same crap, and used it as a teaching lesson for their son.

Well the kid is too young to pay for his actions, but daddy is not too young to get lumped up for his kids ignorance and disrespect.

Sounds like daddy needs to be lumped a few times for off the track situations as well.

Everybody cheered Dale Earnhardt when he did it, why is it a issue when this kid did it?

Because that was the only excitement in Nascar.

Not everybody. Earnhardt sucks was my motto.

Nope, not me. I was a Bill Elliott fan, Kulwicki. Then Gordon.

But Dale was also an adult and usually would own it with a sly grin. And you could settle it on or off the track. With this kid, you can on, but off, he’s off limits. Personally, I don’t think I’d support that track. Cochran. One, I haven’t seen good races from there, two, you get into it with this kid, good luck.

No everybody did not cheer. When he did it to Gordon at Bristol he was heartily booed but nevertheless some saw him as a hero.

Comparing a 15 year old brat with talent to Earnhardt in his NASCAR heyday is preposterous .....kid will get tuned up soon enough if he stays with that same attitude.

    Dad possibly sooner.
Where is the move over flag when you need it?????
