Trump campaign jettisons major parts of its legal challenge against Pennsylvania’s election results
President Trump’s campaign on Sunday scrapped a major part of its federal lawsuit challenging the election results in Pennsylvania.
Trump’s attorneys filed a revised version of the lawsuit, removing allegations that election officials violated the Trump campaign’s constitutional rights by limiting the ability of their observers to watch votes being counted.

Trump and Rudolph W. Giuliani, his personal attorney, have said repeatedly that more than 600,000 votes in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh should be invalidated because of this issue.
Trump’s pared-down lawsuit now focuses on allegations that Republicans were illegally disadvantaged because some Democratic-leaning counties allowed voters to fix errors on their mail ballots. Counties have said this affected only a small number of votes.
Cliff Levine, an attorney representing the Democratic Party in the case, said on Sunday evening that Trump’s move meant his lawsuit could not possibly change the result.

“Now you’re only talking about a handful of ballots,” said Levine. “They would have absolutely no impact on the total count or on Joe Biden’s win over Donald Trump.”
Kathy Boockvar, Pennsylvania’s Democratic secretary of state, submitted a court filing in response to the Trump campaign’s actions reiterating her request for the judge to dismiss the lawsuit.
The shift comes amid a string of losses in the Trump campaign’s post-election legal effort, which claimed without evidence that voter fraud, irregularities and rule-breaking led to President-elect Joe Biden’s victory. Taken together, the flurry of post-election litigation has affirmed the integrity of the election: many of the complaints have been tossed, and not a single vote has been invalidated.
The Trump campaign did not respond to a request for comment Sunday evening. Earlier in the day, Trump suggested that his legal challenges to the election results would continue to come.

Trump Attorney Sidney Powell joined Eric Bolling on Sunday to discuss the massive voter fraud the campaign is investigating via the Dominion voting machines.
During their discussion Sidney Powell explained what the Trump campaign has found in their investigation of Dominion machines.
The Gateway Pundit was first to report on the statistically impossible patterns found in the voting results in Pennsylvania.

They can run a computer algorithm on it as needed to either flip votes, take votes out or alter the votes to make a candidate win… It’s massive criminal voter fraud, writ large across at least 29 states… It’s obvious the algorithm and the statistics that our experts are tracking out are batches of votes and when the votes changed. It’s going to blow the mind of everyone in this country when we can get it all together and can explain it with the affidavits and the experts that have come forward.

Presidential lawyer and Trump campaign legal strategist Rudy Giuliani says he is confident he has more than enough evidence to “overturn” Democrat Joe Biden’s alleged victory in enough battleground states to secure the 2020 election for President Trump.
In an interview Sunday with Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo, who appears to be one of the few journalists in Washington willing to give the Trump campaign airtime to lay out its case, Giuliani said there is no question President Trump won the bulk of key swing states that were called for Biden.

“In every one of those states, we have more than enough illegal ballots already documented to overturn the result in that state. They didn’t allow Republicans in those key places to observe the mail vote. That makes the mail vote completely invalid,” he said, though other media outlets are claiming that is false.
The New York Post added:
Trump’s re-election campaign has filed a flurry of lawsuits contesting the vote count in battleground states, but some of those cases have already been rejected by judges who ruled their claims of fraud were unfounded or “hearsay.”
A recount would also have to overcome Biden’s commanding, 65,000-vote advantage in Pennsylvania or 146,000-ballot lead in Michigan, for example, to undo the election result.
Trump’s legal team threw in the towel on an Arizona lawsuit Friday, acknowledging that they wouldn’t overtake Biden in the Grand Canyon State.
Nonetheless, Giuliani claimed that the campaign had enough affidavits from witnesses who reportedly saw fraud to void hundreds of thousands of votes for the former veep.
“We already have enough affidavits from people who were pushed out from being able to observe, so in each one of those states that he lost narrowly, he won those states probably by 2, 3 percent,” said the former NYC Mayor.
He also said he is unable, at this time, to show his evidence (which would make sense given that it should be revealed in a proper legal venue).
“We have proof that I can’t disclose yet,” Giuliani said of the “corrupt machines” Trump campaign officials say were used to tally excessive votes for Biden.
“This has to be examined, Maria, beyond this election, which I believe will get overturned,” he continued.
We’d love to believe the president’s lawyer, but time is running out. If the Trump campaign has evidence of massive vote manipulation, they need to present it.
