Speedway Motors Joins Schaeffer’s Oil Wild Wing Shootout
New Miniseries Set for January 22-24 at FK Rod Ends Arizona Speedway

QUEEN CREEK, Ariz. (November 18, 2020) — Legendary racing part’s company, Speedway Motors has inked a deal to be the Official Racing Parts Supplier for the Schaeffer’s Oil Wild Wing Shootout presented by O’Reilly Auto Parts draws. The company will provide onsite part’s availability to the teams at FK Rod Ends Arizona Speedway during the January 22-24, 2021 miniseries.

“It’s another significant addition to our event to have Speedway Motors involved. Not only does it help the racers to have quality parts and accessories readily available at the track, but it also adds even more credibility to a new event that is quickly gaining momentum,” event co-promoter Chris Kearns said. “Speedway Motors is yet another reputable national company, who is showing their support for this event. I’m thankful to have them on board now for both the Schaeffer’s Oil Wild Wing Shootout as well as the Keyser Manufacturing Wild West Shootout the week prior.”

Speedway Motors was formed in 1952 in Lincoln, Nebraska by “Speedy” Bill Smith. He was inspired to create the company to fill the void of availability for custom and aftermarket parts. Not only did he develop many of the high-quality parts that he sold, but he also ran them on his own racecar. As a result, he quickly learned what would be the best choices for his customers.

Fast forward almost 70 years later, and Speedway Motors is still family owned and run with the same family values upon which the company was originally built. They’ve expanded their customer-base to include motorsports enthusiast around the globe. While their home base is still in Nebraska, their newest expansion is located in Phoenix, Arizona – just miles from the FK Rod Ends Arizona Speedway.

The new Phoenix retail location also serves as a West Coast distribution center, which enables Speedway Motors customers to get their parts shipped to them quicker.
