I would talk to Beyea, Schoenfeld and others. The Schoenfelds seem to be a great bang for the buck.

    our shop preference is Beyea
Joe and Scott have a great program and product
the last couple years there has been a new brand of header competing in the crate world and although there is no argument the product is high in quality and workmanship we do not think it exceeds the beyea performance standards.

keep this in mind when talking headers---
it is real easy to take from one side of the power band and give to the other--
and in nearly any case you will rob from one side to feed the other
here is the trick---give to one side of the power band without stealing so much from the other.
watch the middle numbers and the acceleration rate more than peak HP or peak TQ
remember racing dynos would be easy---racing cars takes a little more effort

Schoenfeld has some good product as well----
save some money for a new RR tire ---that will win you more races than the newest trick of the day

Weve got two cars running schoenfelds and we bolt on 18" extensions instead of mufflers.

Brad, what's your take on reversion mufflers?

Agree totally with Brad, there's no free lunch! You have to think about availability too, buy or borrow, if/when you bend one.
