Ty Majeski - won He had a fast car all race

2nd Derek Thorn - led about 85% / 90% of the race Majeski slipped by with about 30 laps to go before a controlled caution.

3rd Chase Elliott - Started 31st and was up to 10th by about the 90th lap. car was fast on long runs.

Nasse fell out with about 50 laps to go. He fought electrical problems all race with the alternator and battery power.

Well when they did it in nascrap it was all dependent of who you were. If it was Dale Sr. the crowd went nutz. If Sr was behind you on the white flag you were getting dumped, period. Boy how many times can you remember him dumping someone and you sitting there saying YA WOO HOO. Go get em Dale, countless.

And right there folks, is pure truth expressed in very few words!

What many who use arnhead as an example of virtue and acceptance of cheap shot driving fail to add is arnhead had the bias, blessing, and protection of NASCAR and Billy France Jr. He knew nothing would be done and the other competitors knew if they evened the score THEY would be penalized as a result. There are several former drivers who have given solid examples of that happening.

It takes very little, if any, talent and bravery to cheap shot another competitor out of a position on the track but it takes skill, talent and bravery to pass another worthy competitor without premeditated contact. Race fans attend racing events to be entertained by exhibitions of skill, talent and bravery, not cheap shots. Fans of cheap shots on wheels go to see controversy, drama and maybe some retaliation. It don't mean a thing if ya' cheap shot a guy to gain a position or win!

So true. I agree. But I’m not ok as a fan seeing the 2nd or third place car.. 4th place car just rolling around the track and not trying to win the race. You aren’t seeing Bubba Pollsrd complain about this. Now why is that?
