MVT and Border Tire Partner with Schaeffer's Oil Wild Wing Shootout
Star-Studded Field Assembling for Inaugural Event

QUEEN CREEK, Ariz. (December 8, 2020) — The potent list of marketing partners for the inaugural Schaeffer’s Oil Wild Wing Shootout presented by O’Reilly Auto Parts includes two of racing’s staunchest supporters.

Mesilla Valley Transportation and Border Tire are no strangers to the racing world. The Royal and Jennifer Jones led companies support tracks, drivers, and events across North America.

Officials with the Schaeffer’s Oil Wild Wing Shootout are proud to announce that both companies have come on board as marketing partners for the January 22, 23, and 24 racing extravaganza.

“When we first announced the Wild Wing Shootout, Royal Jones was one of the first people to commit as a sponsor. The Jones family have been long-time supporters of the Wild West Shootout, and their support has been immensely important in allowing us to grow that miniseries over the past 14 years,” event co-promoter, Chris Kearns noted. “Now, having their support for the Wild Wing Shootout will be equally important as we look to grow this three-day swing into an annual mega weekend.”

With locations in El Paso, Texas, and Las Cruces, N.M., Mesilla Valley Transportation (www.driveformvt.com) is a leading truckload carrier and Border Tire (www.Border-Tire.com) is a Michelin Commercial Service Network Dealer (MCSN) specializing in medium duty, heavy duty, agricultural and industrial size tires. Both firms are overseen by Royal Jones of Las Cruces, New Mexico., a longtime short-track racing sponsor, owner of Vado (N.M.) Speedway Park and a competitor himself in the Modified and 305 c.i. Sprint Car ranks.
