Night #1 Is In The Record Books
Cannon McIntosh and Tyler Courtney transfer to the Saturday A-main by virtue of their 1-2 finish in tonight's Monday night prelim A-main. Dam good racing in both B-mains tonight. Great stuff, as usual!!
Congrats also to Tim McCreadie on his prelim night hard charger award. Tim started 19th and finished 8th. His 8th place finish should put him in a decent starting spot in one of the Saturday night B-main's.

It's still there, Evel. It continues it's tradition of being a fine business establishment housed in the same structure but it now is DBA as the Lipstick Cabaret. Last time I graced the premises it was still Cloud 9 and the ladies were friendly, corn fed Midwestern females. Let's just say most were built for comfort, not for speed! LOL! But hell, they're out there makin' a livin' and they obviously keep their cliental entertained so more power to 'em!
The story I got from my friends who live right there in Tulsa is at the end of the Cloud 9 days there was a shooting in the place and it was closed down for a while. Not sure how long but some enterprising entrepreneur opened it under a different name, thus the Lipstick Cabaret! I wish the owners and the fine Midwestern ladies nothing but financial success and happiness!
Sometime during this week of racing I'm confident we'll stop in during their afternoon matinee' performances for a quick beer and burger and I promise I'll tell 'em all you said "hey"!

For some reason I don’t see CIRF hanging out at the local strip joint 😜
