 Republicans new party coming.
100 republican politicians were on a phone call today discussing about forming a new party. They know Trump's actions is not what the republican party is about. Trump has ran the party off of a cliff.

Hopefully there are 17 rino's left in the senate. Nikki Haley is trying to convince everyone that Trump will not be in the picture no more. Don't impeach Trump because we won't be in the picture no longer.

The Senate voted that it was constitutional. Quit being so gullible!! The only reason he won't be impeached is because the republicans are putting party over country. They don't want to tarnish their brand.

In your effort to continue to be the trump master sommelier you forgot something you just said.........above you say party over country blah blah and they don't want to tarnish the brand, and then a couple just above that you say the party has driven off a cliff........I normally save this for the youngsters that say stupid sheet, but dam yer dumb.

Apparently the SCOTUS did not think it was constitutional as the court justice did not preside over the trial.

Its up to the Senate to decide if it was constitutional or not. You couldn't ask for a better vote since it was 50 democrats and 50 republicans.

Dumb? Still supporting a conman that had his followers go after and try to kill his own Vice President because he did what was right. Now that's dumb as you can get. Its pretty sad when everybody is disposable so you can stay in power. If the conman had to dispose of you to stay in power he would!!
If he was a real leader he would of been up front leading the rioters to the capital. But being the coward that he really is he went and hid. He doesn't give a **** about you. he only cares about himself!

Can the supreme court over turn the verdict of a impeachment?
They founded that upon the Constitutional[2] text in Article I, Section 3 that says that “the Senate shall have sole power to try all impeachments”.
The Supreme Court has said, in its decision in Nixon (no relation) v US[1] , that questions about procedure or verdict in that Senate trial cannot be appealed to or overturned by the Supreme Court.
