    Default Pull down rig testing

The racing season has started for some of us and soon it will for all of us. Pull down testing can help you learn a lot about your car and how different adjustments can effect the car dynamically. We are offering pull down testing for the low cost of $800. This included a full day of testing. You will receive a log book containing all the data collected for the day. We are located in northern Indiana and strive to be one of the best in the industry. If you would like to know more information feel free to contact me @ 5743292143.

We do our testing with a DRP dss-2 unit. A common concern of many racers that inquire about PDR testing is not having real time data from the racetrack. Data can help us dig into the fine tuning of the car but it’s not required for the first duration of testing. We first work to locate any source of binding and areas that may be prone to compliance. From there we move to the front suspension and check camber curves, bump steer, and ackermann to name a few. Once we get the front of the car set to an optimal configuration we move to the rear suspension is closely monitor it. Often times we find issues with bent axle tubes and rear end misalignment. Pull bar and lift arm checks and adjustments immediately follow. Once we know the chassis and suspension work fluidly we can make adjustment to help make more traction. Wheel offsets, suspension linkage lengths/angles, rear steer, spring changes, etc all make profound differences to the dynamic wheel loads. Knowing how each adjustment will effect the car helps make setup changes less confusing so erroneous adjustments are less likely to occur. $800 will get you a whole day of testing. Dollar for dollar it makes more sense to get on the PDR rather than throw a new shock package at the car hoping that it will improve performance. The gains made on the PDR are often very significant. In my opinion, I feel it’s best to have the car working fluidly with a much improved setup that we can call the new “base” setup. At this point data acquisition information is needed to get more in depth with setup and adjustments. If we get on the PDR and find an issue where a component needs replaced, we don’t have to stop the testing and order parts. Having one of the largest parts inventories in the area, most any item will be on hand on site. We strive to be among the best in the industry. Last but not least, your secrets remain secret. We follow a strict non-disclosure of information policy. It’s simply the right thing to do. Get ahead of the competition before you even hit the track. Feel free to call or text if you have any questions or if you would like to schedule an appointment. 5743292143
