I was wondering when they were going to up the purse, got my answer lol. Been awhile since I been to Florence, tempting.
Up in the air who my next “favorite” driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normal”.

Local weather shows it's supposed to cool again next week, and start to climb back up the following week. I won't hold my breath, but I'm hoping it can happen.

Did they up the purse because of the $10k Spring Nationals race 4 hrs away at Volunteer

I think because it is part of the Flo racing tour deal

My bad, that's the June race.

I'm guessing the purse has jumped up because of it being 45th annual.

Being a Florence regular, I think it may just have been time to up the purse. The spring 50 has been at 5,000 for well over 20 years. The last few years when it ran, it attracted under thirty cars. Josh probably felt it was time for an upgrade.

Yeah, it either gets postponed, or because of the ground this time of year, it gets rough.

Hope they get it in, usually gets rained out, or too cold. I like they upped it to $10,000 to win.

I believe Jason is going to run an XR1 out of his own shop.
