    Thumbs up

Yep, that GVS MasterSbilt/Rayburn in Baz00ka Basstubes colors with Freddy behind the wheel, was a sharp ride for sure.

Can't forget J&J Steel either. Johnny Johnson helped out a bunch of racers, and even sponsored a series.

I always thought that Freddy's L.A. Gear ride was really sharp too.

I’ll give Dion Deason’s www.Buttcrackfiller.com an honorable mention for comedic purposes.

Regionally speaking Starrett trucking and Cushman Paint and Body helped tons of drivers here in the South East.

Nationally, I always liked Donnie Moran being sponsored by Big Johnson. Those shirts were everywhere for awhile.

Petroff Towing has spent a lot of money also.

J&J steel and Seubert calf ranches were on a bunch of cars around the same time.

    Does Jay Johnson still race?

For longevity and money spent: in order Bob/Barbara Miller(Miller Brothers Coal), Ed Petroff (Petroff Towing), Johnny Johnson(J & J Steel).

There are certainly many others like Ray Vest too.
J.W. Hunt I believe put up a lot of the Eldora Million purse money.
Bazooka Bass Tubes don’t come close to be the “best ever” in my opinion. They sponsored the Joel Hedrick GVS team for a few years only. Rex Ritchey, Moyer & Freddie Smith. That was a potent team at that time for sure!

It does not have to be about total money spent. Good thoughts though on this 👍

The one I'm going to list may not have spent a lot of money, I have no idea. I just associated them with a certain driver back in the day. Guess the driver?

They may have sponsored him but not the driver I had in mind.
