Ford Frame ?
Just wondering if anyone has built a modified on a 90s crown vic frame.

lightning did 5 years or so ago. i like them alot better than the metric or chevelle but its a gm world and folks are scared of change

I know a guy around here that built one and it was pretty nice seemed to handle really good. I just wanted to see if any one from other areas has built one and what the pros and cons was. lol

Shaw used to use a Ford clip, not sure which one though.
A good friend of mine won a ton of races in his!

There was (maybe still is) a shop in the upper Midwest run by an ex Ford engineer named Duel that at least 5 or so years ago was building Ford clip mods called Dirt Duelers. Small shop that built some pretty interesting pieces.

thanks bud , I knew of him but he uses the older rear steer stuff , we are using the newer front steer crown vic snub , they do make them work though.....

That's Les Duelman from MN. Last I heard he was running a Dodge P7 engine in that Ford chassied modified.
