Like others said, what were they supposed to do? It was already tacky AF. Just needed to run in the loose stuff in the turns.
So track prep means more water?

Her was one that one time at Challenger in the last few years it ran that the track was a super tacky rutted mess and the promoter hopped on a grader and graded it smoother in the middle of the program.

    Maybe that’s what he meant?

Fast track. Long straight a ways. I like it. Now they need to get a second lane working 👍. Looks even faster than Lancaster. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_cb_LTh6jE

Lancaster has long straights but is not as fast as many tracks that are a little smaller. Bristol and WVMS also both faster, Eldora and Knoxville come to mind. I know WVMS may seem 'to big', but hey, need something different at times.

Lancaster is a beast of its own. Track itself is one of my favorites of all time. I hope it lasts for a long time. Charlottes expanding land development is already exploding near the track.

Lan-kis-ter, and it is a unique track. Good people there, my neighbor use to win just about every limited late model show there. I took my crate car there for the first time out in it, loaded up after hot laps because I thought something was wrong with it as the straight away speed was so slow. Turns out every crate car is that slow! (still some great racing in that division though).
