SPRING CITY, TN – Mountain View Raceway will blast into action this Saturday night with a Regular Weekly Points Race for the Late Model, Sportsman, Beginner Sportsman, Open-Wheel Modified, B-Hobby, Thunder, Front-Wheel-Drive, and Dwarf Divisions. Drivers will be competing for points towards the 2021 Championships in their respective Divisions.

The defending Late Model Champion Barry Goodman of Spring City, TN leads the point standings with 92 points, while Josh Walker of Ringgold, GA is second with 86 points. Ruben Mayfield of Lenoir City, TN is third with 78 points, while Christopher Peak of Evensville, TN is fourth, and Kelvin White of Madisonville, TN is fifth.

Addison Cardwell of Knoxville, TN is the Sportsman point leader with 150 points, and he will be looking for his third straight win this Saturday night. David Doss of Cleveland, TN is second in the standings with 90 points and Tyler Dennis of Dayton, TN is third with 82 points. Hayden Cardwell of Knoxville, TN is fourth with 76 points, and Cory Bettis of Delano, TN is fifth with 72 points.

Bradley Goodman of Spring City, TN is on top of the Beginner Sportsman points chase with 140 points and David Peak of Evensville, TN is second with 130 points. Jeremy Thurman of Rockwood, TN is third with 122 points and Tyler Loden of Spring City, TN is fourth with 116 points. Christian James of Soddy Daisy, TN rounds out the top five with 112 points.

Travis Sietsema of Crossville, TN is the Open-Wheel Modified point leader with 90 points. Veteran Billy Palmer of Knoxville, TN is second with 86 points and Sarah Patrick of Albany, KY is third with 78 points. David Lester of Rockwood, TN is fourth with 66 points. Race winners Robby Reagan of Crossville, TN and Ricky Tinch of Deer Lodge, TN are tied for fifth with 50 points each.

Last Sunday’s winner Johnny Hughes of Graysville, TN is on top of the B-Hobby standings with 148 points. David Beeler of Sevierville, TN is second with 90 points and Lamar Hughes of Soddy Daisy, TN is third with 76 points. Cody Moffett of Sweetwater, TN has one win and is fourth in the standings with 50 points. Brady Lee of Knoxville, TN and Jim Gilbert of Rossville, GA are tied for the fifth spot with 48 points apiece.

Cody Satterfield of Knoxville, TN leads the Thunder standings with 148 points and Clayton Forsyth of Crossville, TN is second with 136 points. Scott Smith of Soddy Daisy, TN is third with 134 points, while Chris Williams of Soddy Daisy, TN and Eric Honeycutt of Rockwood, TN are tied for the fourth spot with 130 points apiece.

Nick Adams of Crossville, TN is in the top spot of the Front-Wheel-Drive points chase with 146 points and Nathan Adams of Crossville, TN is second with 142 points. Billy Long of Niota, TN is third with 132 points. Crossville, TN drivers Jacob Sharp and Tyler Walton are tied for the fourth spot with 124 points apiece.

David Dunlap of Clinton, TN has a pair of wins to lead the Dwarf point standings with 100 points and Hunter Rich of Jamestown, TN is second with 90 points. Chris Payne of Sparta, TN is third with 78 points and Randy Bailey of Soddy Daisy, TN is fourth with 48 points. Cookeville, TN drivers Ed Bray and Jimmy Delaney are tied for fifth with 46 points apiece.

On Saturday at Mountain View Raceway, the Pit Gate will open at 3 p.m. and Pre-Race Registration and Technical Inspection will be from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Drivers Registering after 5:30 p.m. will get one lap of Qualifying. The Grandstand Gate and Tier Parking will open at 4 p.m. The Drivers Meeting is scheduled for 5:45 p.m. and Hot Laps are set for 6 p.m.

Pit Passes are $25 for ages 12 and up, $15 for Children 6-11, and Children 5 and under are admitted Free. General Admission Grandstand and Tier Parking tickets are $10 for ages 12 and up, $5 for Children 6-11, and Children 5 and under are admitted Free.
