When they had free camping the riff raff would camp and cause problems and steal stuff and never even pay to see the races, so they had to start charging for camping. It did solve that problem.

Went to my one and only Firecracker about 20 years ago. They did have a ton of campers. Do you pay a premium for a level spot there?

It was the year Scott had the same green paint scheme that he had at this years Dream. Tommy Hicks was still wrenching for him. I think it was the start of the RY engine program too.
Seems like 20 years. Maybe I'm off by a bit.
After further research, 2012. Dang, seemed longer than that.

You are absolutely right👍 I miss Don Martin. He ran things the way they should be run.

Lernerville hasnt been run by anybody associated with Don Martin in almost twenty years now. Times change. Learn to move on.
