It helps when you start on the pole on a locked down track.

Maybe so, but I see a bunch of Longhorns going up for sale really soon. Everyone gonna need a new one.

A team in my area had a early 2020 and a late 2020. The driver said the difference was night and day, so they just ordered a new on. Longhorn told them the tubing was different.

Yes. It’s all about pole position on a lot of the tracks.

I hadn't heard that, but I was noticing some things. I usually have trouble believing those stories, but I've only wrenched on one new car ever. Lol.
My experience with old junk is if you put the same geometry on all of them, they all run the same lap times.

Its surely not a secret but they told them they are using the ground tubing like Cup teams used to. One of my close family members went with them to pick it up, so I know its reliable info.

So it’s not Docol? Is there something new that Kevin has discovered?

It can only be a flexibility thing. What else can it be?

When they do the drone shots you can really see how Longhorns are straighter in the corners than anything else. XR1's always look a little sideways in comparison. Remember those in car shots of Overton during The Dream? He hardly ever turned that steering wheel to the right.

I just think it’s funny the guy gets spanked at Eldora and they think he needs a new car. Sometimes other guys are just better and some guys have a harder time accepting that than others. He would’ve won magnolia with any of the cars he had at Eldora, because the 76 wasn’t there
