Default Pennsboro to be on Dale JR Lost Speedways this season

The trailer shows them standing on the hill as the D1RT car is on the track. That should be a great episode!!

It’s good to hear that the show is returning for season 2, I enjoyed watching the first.

Great series and the second season looks like it's going to be a good one. Can't wait to see the Pennsboro episode.

Hopefully the episode is better than Pennsboro was.

Haha, I was always called a homer. Now I’m a downer? Believe me, I’m not a downer. I’m just honest. I have the same opinion of that dump as most people have.

Just watched it and it was a great watch, they also did an episode on the Cleveland County fairgrounds speedway in Shelby, NC. And best of all, didn't have to pay to watch it

It's on Peacook which is a subscription streaming service. I am sure it will eventually make its way to network TV like the 1st season did.

    Pea(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word) is definitely free. We’ve had it for awhile now.

I feel like they done a real good job with the Pennsboro episode. I found it highly entertaining.

For anyone that hasn't watched any of the episodes, even from last season, I recommend you watch all of them. I would love to be able to do what those guys do. I hate to see race tracks get shut down, but I love visiting old tracks when they have been shut down. There's something very interesting about walking the ruins of a old race track and think about what stories that place could tell if it could talk. I think they do a very good job of telling the history of the places they visit, even if it's somewhere I hadn't ever heard of.

For the most part I used to be indifferent towards Dale Jr. To me he was just another good but not great driver who never would’ve lasted as long as he did without a famous name. Now, after listening to a handful of his podcast episodes and watching Lost Speedways I have a pretty dang good appreciation for him and what he is doing promoting motor sports and his interest in racing history. If you haven’t listened to his podcast I recommend it. Certain episodes are going to be obvious ones for this crowd. Ken Schrader is the obvious one but you have to listen to the John Force interview. Buckle up, it’s pretty wild and will have you laughing as you ride that tidal wave.

Dale Jr. seems to have a sincere respect for the history of racing, drivers, and tracks.
    I hate time trials.
