Default Raising motor in a 604 crate LM

we have an older (2015) mastersbilt and have been told to raise the motor 1.250 inches in the car for the crate motor. Should we tilt it a few degrees down in the back and a few degrees to the left while we are raising it ? we have been told this will help the fuel / bowl/ slosh issues with these cars that are pinned down on the RF and LR up in the air... thanks ahead of time

It's not going to hurt anything and you may find you line the driveshaft up better at hike.
