Anyone at smoky mountain already? I’m in Knoxville got down yesterday just to come to the room. Wondering about how the track is with the shower that came through. Any info would be much appreciated.

How many times has Lucas Oil made the wrong call with weather and other problems this year? The Tri-City & Macon weekend was cancelled in advance, then it didn't rain. This is the 2nd weekend that I can remember them traveling to a 2 Day Event and not doing any racing. They also lost a weekend in the SE due to the gas pipeline fiasco. Strange year for them.

They said a new date would be announced on Monday. They only have two open weekends but those are the PDC and USA Nationals weekends.

I could definitely see them tagging it on the Friday of Dixie and Rome....

Radar looked like a small pop up when we showed up, and then Mother Nature turned on us. It’s all part of racing outside a dome. We will make the trip back down whenever they reschedule

I’ve been to Smoky Mountain 4 times and 3 of em got rained out. It’s going to rain every day seems like somewhere in the mountains during the summer
