Cosner’s pass attempt was pretty legit. RTJ had no chance to make the pass and just drove Cosner up the track and trashed him. Basically used Cosner to turn his own car.

Cosner made a racing pass. I’m not even sure there was contact. What RTJ did was totally uncalled for. If I was Cosner, I’d gladly be spending the night in jail, in exchange for whipping RTJ’s ass.
