Evidently the different tire rules at I-80 helped some drivers and hurt others.

That was similar to Larson’s All Tech win.

Wow, sounds like next year is the last year for the Kosiski’s.

The whole (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word) state of Nebraska and corn fields for miled and they need that land right there? Come on Kosiski's don't sell it! We love coming to the event from Illinois.

Joe Kosiski did an interview after the race and said a sale is still in negotiations, no money has been deposited. There will be a SDN in 2022, after that the contract with Lucas is done. He expressed disappointment that it did not draw more cars, especially with the hefty payout, adding he did not know what he could do to attract more cars. Lots like 2022 will be a 5 day show too.

First off, it’s not the CoPart next door wanting to buy it. They don’t even own the land they sit on now. No the Kosiskis don’t own the land either that CoPart sits on.

Second, as far as getting more cars. 90 percent of the field comes from east of the track. We don’t have that many locals that want to run or have the equipment to run with the Lucas guys. When you have a hell tour race 4.5-5 hours it makes a huge difference. Then you have races like what Devin went to and that takes a few guys like him away. I don’t blame guys for choosing those other races either. They gotta make a living.

The track is in an area many miles away from any legitimate super late models, and the areas with actual super late models all have regional shows this time of year. Expecting huge car counts at this show is setting yourself up for failure.

Will suck if it goes away. It’s a top 5 track in the country to me.
