He and his buddies are bad to the bone to be so young. I'm old and seen some talent over the years but this crew has it,hopefully they will stick together,very impressive.

Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong, but didn't this team have never ending mechanical trouble and/or lots of crashes in the past ?
They have neither now.

That team has only existed for about a year, so they don't have much of a history. Strickler tore up a bunch of their stuff earlier this year, but they haven't had any issues since.
