But yet the track got reworked at Fairbury any time Matt wanted... I understand Matt is very well connected with them and has a good reputation with track prep, but it seems the same willingness to get a good track would be there everywhere the series goes... Not doubting that has been said, I just don't know. I would like to hear the actual reason.

Exactly! What are the WOO officials going to do, create a human shield in front of the tractors and water truck on the track? Tracks need to stop being pansies and stand up for themselves and get the prep equipment on the track when they want to re-prep it!

As far as I know, Cedar Lake doesn't ask permission---but I wonder if WOO sprints get special consideration.

IMO,nothing can "top" the Boone race in regards to not living up to potential.

I thought this race would be another barnburner like the Hell Tour or the MARS race. Hopefully the track prep crew wins out.
