Brandon Kinzer Travels Back to Volunteer State Following Rodney Kiker Memorial Win!

(LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY) Brandon Kinzer, of Lexington, Kentucky, and the Kinzer Motorsports team racked up their fourth feature win of the 2021 campaign on Saturday evening, September 25 at the ultra-fast Volunteer Speedway! A solid field of 17 Open Wheel Modified competitors signed into the pit area at the high-banked Bulls Gap, Tennessee oval to do battle in the 'Rodney Kiker Memorial.'

Brandon laid down the quickest lap overall during the time trial session to earn the pole position for the 20-lap feature event. BK then grabbed the point at the drop of the green flag and held the lead throughout the contest to capture the $700 winner's check ahead of Michael Asbury, Wayne James, Brandon James, and Ervin Vance! Complete results from "The Gap" can be located online at www.volunteerspeedway.com.

The #18 team will venture back south on Saturday night, October 2, as the ‘Tennessee State Championship’ will be held tomorrow at 411 Motor Speedway in Seymour, Tennessee. The Open Wheel Modifieds are on the six-division card and a $1,000 top prize will be up for grabs. Brandon has visited 411 on four different occasions already in 2021 and has racked up a trio of runner-up performances.
