Brandon Kinzer Advances to Podium Finish in Tennessee State Championship; Boyd's Next

(LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY) The Kinzer Motorsports team trekked south to 411 Motor Speedway in Seymour, Tennessee on Saturday, October 2 for the running of the 'Tennessee State Championship.' The Open Wheel Modifieds were on the racing card at the Volunteer State oval and a $1,000 winner's check was up for grabs.

Brandon Kinzer clicked off the sixth fastest lap overall during the qualifying session and later rolled off from the outside of the third row in the 20-lap feature event. BK then drove past a trio of competitors and was racing hard for the second spot when the checkered flag fell over the field. The Lexington, Kentucky ace wound up on the podium in third behind only victor Michael Asberry and runner-up Jeremy Rayburn. Full results from the 'Tennessee State Championship' can be found online at www.411motorspeedway.net.
