Crate Racin’ USA E-Z-GO Challenge at Magnolia Motor Speedway Next

Searcy, Arkansas (10/18/21) – With a fresh bullet under the hood of his W&W Timber No. 2 Stallion Transportation Group / XR1 Rocket Chassis Crate Late Model, Tyler Stevens traveled south to Boothill Speedway over the weekend for the $10,000-to-win Battle of Boothill Crate Racin’ USA event.

He came with a fourth-place finish in the 50-lap finale.

“It was a solid night for us in the $10,000 finale. We finished fourth and had the fastest lap of the race. Track was one lane around the bottom, but we came away with a Top-5 finish and nothing torn up. We’re looking ahead to the $10,000-to-win Crate Racin’ USA event at Magnolia (Motor Speedway) in a few weeks,” Stevens said. “Big shootout to Joshua Ivey for working his tail off over the weekend, so massive thanks to him.

“Also, a big thank you to my amazing wife Lindsey and all of our great sponsors. We have a hot rod, we just have to put all the pieces together.”

Tyler Stevens entered the opening round of the seventh annual Battle of Boothill on Friday night. Prelim action for the Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA event was contested, and with 27 entries on hand, Tyler qualified third fastest in his group.

Starting third on his heat race grid he advance to a runner-up finish to lock into the sixth-starting position for Saturday’s $10,000-to-win finale.

In the 50-lap feature on Saturday evening Tyler enjoyed a solid outing with a fourth-place finish behind Mark Whitener, Jason Welshan, and B.J. Robinson.
