Lane Seratt and Seratt Racing Enjoy Stellar 2021 Campaign
Several Big Races Still on the Late-Season Schedule

Dyersburg, Tennessee (10/22/21) – While there’s still several big races left on the 2021 schedule, nine-year-old Lane Seratt has already put together a stellar 2021 campaign aboard his J&P Machine & Repair #29 Roll Speed Dynamics / Ultramax Rival Kart.

Thus far this season, the Tennessee racer has accumulated 14 wins to go along with 43 Top-5 finishes and 46 Top-10 finishes.

Notable accomplishments include the King of Kings JR1 Championship at Missouri’s SEMO Raceway along with wrapping up championships in the JR1, JR1 Pro, and JR2 divisions in Alabama State Series action at Beaver Creek Speedway. Lane also claimed the JR1 Blues City Nationals victory for the second-straight year and finished third in the event JR2 finale.

Last weekend, the team trekked to South Carolina’s Iron City Motorsports Complex for the Maxxis Championship. With less than 50 drivers invited to the event, Seratt enjoyed a great weekend in his debut. He came away with a fifth-place finish in the coveted finale.

“I couldn’t be more proud of what Lane has been able to accomplish this year both on and off the track,” his father, Preston said. “Not only has he been very disciplined in helping keep everything race ready, he’s also maintained straight A’s at school for three years running, plays for the undefeated Choctaw football team, recognized as his school’s student of the month, and was also recognized by the Tennessee district testing coordinator as one of only a few students to score mastery level 4 on his TCAP test at his school.

“We’ve got several end-of-the-year races on the schedule, and we are excited to see what our team can accomplish before the season is over. I also want to say a very special ‘thank you’ to Patrick Gilliam at Roll Speed Dynamics for taking Lane under his wing. His support has helped Lane develop into a top JR division racer.”

Races on the upcoming docket include the Unlimited All-Stars event at Beaver Creek Speedway (Oct. 23), third annual Halloween Race at Beaver Creek Speedway (Oct. 30), the Burris Classic at Dawgwood Speedway (Nov. 13), the O’Reilly Indoor Kart Nationals at Batesville Civic Center (Nov. 25-28), and the Daytona Dirt Track Kart Nationals (Dec. 28-29).

When not competing in national level events the team will enter various local events.
