Foot injury
Sadly I stupidly fooled around and broke my foot one of the metatarsals. I got a x ray and all and am going to a ortho tmr. I was just wondering what I can do in the downtime to stay in shape as I have been working so hard in the pre season to get into shape. Im assuming the doc is gonna say to not train for 3-6 weeks. Since I’m a kid prob 3-4. This sucks.appvalley tutuapp tweakbox
