Default Dirt Reporters just went downhill

Joshua Joiner left the dirt reporters podcast so they put “D Suave” on there who is horrible on the mic. I don’t get it. Loved listening to this every week.

Agree - great podcast, especially with JJ on there. DSuave seems like a great guy, he just isn't someone I can listen to behind the mic.

Are you downplaying podcasts? It's a $1+ billion dollar industry.

I didn't listen to the Podcast because JJ was the "host" and won't stop listening because Derek is now. Its a 4-person podcast that all play into the content.

I really liked "One beer, One lap", D Suave is funny and good with drivers. Just needs to get away from Tyler Erb. Erb hurts him self. JJ is good reporter. The whole DOD staff is great. I love the site and all they do. DOD has done a lot for dirt late models. Sometimes i think they might have done to much. Maybe made the sport to grow to fast and got away from the local weekend tracks. But, i knew someday it was going to grow bigger and Now everyone wants to make money off dirt racing.

Surprised you have time to listen to podcasts, with traveling to all five of the shows, you have been to this year.

That's cute "Big" Daddy. I don't have the luxury like many others that have a track(s) within a few minutes of their house or an hour away. As I mentioned before going to track is a 6+ hr round trip so I only go to certain events when I can. I'm also not very fortunate to be able to just take a day or two or more off of work. I would have to put in for it a month advance and won't know if I'll have it off until a few days before. I wouldn't change where I live so if you want to keep the personal attacks coming. Go for it. Have a nice day.

    Joshua was really great.

Kessinger is way too Barstool-ish for my taste but I'll keep listening.

DoD needs less of D not so Sauve. Let the other reporters take it over smh. Would imagine the play numbers go down. Unfortunately I made it 10 mins in before I changed it.

I agree 100%. he does a great job with those bits....that being said, I am not so sure DoD needed to replace Joshua Joiner on The Dirt Reporters. However, I will still listen every week, a great listen with plenty of information and opinions.

Suave seems like a great guy, but I can't listen to him. He's the main reason I stopped listening to Late Model Live. He's too much of a fan boy to be a serious journalist. DoD can do what it wants, but if it were me, I'd keep him behind the camera.
