I have an email that goes directly to a guy on the inside. Their tech support is completely useless. I had an issue in September and missed two days of racing. Luckily a fellow 4M member gave me Jesse Wrights email and he fixed it. A month later I got a message from support to try and resolve my issue. Flo streamed 6 days straight without a hitch and when it switched to MAVTV, their site immediatly went down.
