Some added info at a glance that tells who the heavy hitters are that will be participating in their respective qualifying nights.

As near as I can find, of the 392 drivers entered 11 drivers call Arizona home. My search could have easily missed a couple but here's the list.

    Hayden Reinbold
    Alex Bowman
    Jerry Coons Jr.
    Taylor Kuehl
    Eric Wilkins
    Shon Deskins
    R.J. Johnson
    A.J. Hernandez
    Steve Sussix III
    Casey Shuman
    Logan Calderwood

I'm pretty impressed with Logan Seavey doing cometary in the booth. He explained things very well. He has great knowledge of the chassis.

I would like to throw a shout out to Ethan Mitchell in tonight's qualifier. Ethan's dad (Bundy for anyone who has been to Millbridge) has been in the hospital for several weeks and it looked like Ethan might have to miss the Chili Bowl. With a huge amount of support from the racing community around Mooresville he is at the Chili Bowl and racing tonight. Great family, Ethan did not want to leave his fathers side but with the local help he is there to race for him. Good luck Bud!

Thanks for the backstory and insight, Evel.

The racing has been extremely exciting and entertaining all week 'till now. It''s been so good that we're waiting for a clinker that luckily hasn't happened yet. I just hope the clinker doesn't wait until later on Saturday night to arrive!!

The cream always seems to rise to the top and this year is no exception. The guys doing the winning of the prelim nights are no surprises but they're having to work like hell.
