I apologize for sounding like I was complaining. I was cooking dinner while they were hot lapping. I wasn't watching anyway. Just listening to commentary. I only suggest a little less water so maybe the feature will be good for all 40 laps not the last 10 like last night. I expect East Bay to be that way ever night. Only difference is that place will clean off, slow down, and race all over.

I couldn't disagree more. Although if all you care about is Lucas events, I guess it will be ok for a while. They should be able to find 20 teams to show up.

The young drivers have a lot of talent. I do hope they don’t add too many rules and make this a spec car/engine sport. That would jack it up.

As a friend told me last night that knows a little bit about that track, they have to water the piss out of it because of the pavement is still under the dirt surface. It doesnt not hold moisture like a normal track does for that reason. So expect another sloppy mud pie tonight for hot laps and qualifying. The feature itself was a pretty good race though.

This race would probably be better if they had a support class to put more laps on the track.

The track prep crew must have 9-5 jobs and show up after work to begin track work. Lol

Maybe, gonna be hammer down that’s for sure. Radiator and tear offs will be a concern.

They shouldn't advertise early start times. Then mentioned the sun being in the driver's eyes if they started earlier?? WTF do these guys do all.summer? I'll just watch highlights tomorrow.

If I was Lucas I would run 2 less Speedweeks shoes than goto Bubba. Close to 2-1/2 hours late. No excuse.

It's Lucas, Max is running for rookie of the year with woo. They understand what it takes and are not going to use up equipment.

I dont see anything wrong with the track itself. His car owner was pretty vocal about not wanting to pack the track last night. If i had to guess, they gave them the Earl Baltes line. If you don't pack the track, dont bother trying to race.

In one sense i dont blame them, and in another, make one lap and pull off. Bloomer done it every time.

The word here at the track is that a few drivers didn’t want to help pack the track. The track is fast and in good shape -(as of now, after qualifying).

Well that was a 1 lane snooze fest. Nice job from the pole Devin. You had them covered tonight.

All that "track prep" and end up with that pathetic one lane garbage. Congratulations to Devin and crew on a great start to the season.

Speaking of Devin, I think he has really come into his own on a race track. Last year he showed promise. This year I think he will be a threat to win every night. Congrats to Devin.

Looks like it could be a really good year for Devin. I’m sure dad is very proud of him. Moran family seem like good down to earth people.
