    Default Show Me 100

I’m planning on going this year. What’s the average car count? I know WoO is running that weekend and a LOT of tracks are running specials.

Is 2015 the only year at that track that it got rained out? That’s the only year I’ve been.

Well its the Midwest in spring so there is always a good chance of rain but since the track is in the middle of no where they can run pretty late, i think last year or the year before than ran 2 full shows in 1 night.

Question about seating for y’all that is familiar with the place. Are there places for lawn chairs or bleacher seats in stands ? Planning on going this year and just needing the lowdown on place before arriving.

    Darrell:

It was canceled in 2019, due to storm damage. In 2015, it was initially rained out, and then rescheduled for July. I don’t see any other rainouts.

One Man Gang, most of the seating is bleachers, but there are some areas for lawn chairs. I always end up buying a pit pass and watching from the loft above the backstretch bleachers out of turn 2. Really there's not a bad seat in the house.

One Man: Turn 1 has a grassy hill for lawn chairs, blankets etc and all the bleachers have backs on them.

It is a top-notch facility with paved pits, a club on the spectator side with closed circuit TVs of the races and great food in the concessions. As stated previous, plenty of great seating. It's the closest track to me that runs Late Models, 3-1/2 hours away.

It is appropriately called "The Diamond of the Dirt Tracks".
