Brandon Kinzer Remains Red Hot; Sweeps Memorial Day Weekend Action!

(ALLEN, KENTUCKY) The Kinzer Motorsports team remained red hot over the Memorial Day holiday weekend with a pair of feature victories in the Volunteer State of Tennessee, which upped their 2022 win total to six! At Mountain View Raceway in Spring City, Tennessee on Saturday night, May 28, Brandon Kinzer timed in third fastest in Open Wheel Modified qualifying and later started the weekly feature event from the outside of the front row. BK quickly bolted to the lead on the first circuit and led each and every lap on his way to picking up the $700 winner's check ahead of runner-up Skylar Douglas, Jimmy Dalton, Scott Iles, and Billy Palmer!

Following a day off on Sunday, the #18 team celebrated Memorial Day on Monday at 411 Motor Speedway in Seymour, Tennessee. On the undercard of the annual 'Scott Sexton Memorial,' Brandon stopped the clock second quickest overall during the qualifying session prior to rolling off from the outside of the front row in the A-Main. The Lexington, Kentucky driver, who is currently residing in the state of Florida, then once again wired the feature field to pocket the $1,000 payday over runner-up Jamie Mosley, Scott Shelton, Wayne James, and Kaleb Trent! Complete results from both holiday weekend races can be found online at www.mountainviewraceway.com and www.411motorspeedway.net.

“Our team is just really clicking right now,” quoted Kinzer following his sixth victory in only seven races. “Jimmy and all of the crew have really worked hard and we have a great piece right now. Every track that we unload at, we are fast right out of the box and that’s a great feeling as a driver. Hopefully, we can keep things rolling during these summer months when we get the chance to race more often!”

The Kinzer Motorsports team will take the upcoming June 3-4 weekend off from racing action before returning to the Volunteer State on June 10-11. Brandon has plans of competing next at Crossville Speedway in Crossville, Tennessee on that Friday night, as a $600 top prize will be on the line in a weekly event. The Cumberland Plateau Open Wheel Modified Series will then sanction a $1,200 to win showdown on that Saturday evening at Mountain View Raceway in Spring City, Tennessee.
