    Default NAPA decals @ Deercreek

I think I heard where Ricky Weiss didn't get paid because of sticking them on his front mudplugs. I thought it was well thought. When he entered the corners and tapped the brakes, you could read it for that split second. Thought it was pretty cool. Guess Napa didn't care for it.

I mean, Napa basically pays the whole purse for the weekend. You kinda gotta do what they want. They used to make the WoO put the big decals on too.

Scott said piss on it. He either thought he wasnt to be competitive enough to get any of their money, or doesn't shop at Napa.

There was extra bonus money paid by NAPA for every race including heat races if you displayed the sticker in a very visible location.
Owens didn’t have one on Thursday night.

They are contingency decals. If you want the contingency money, you run them, if you don't care/need/want the extra dollars, you don't. That race has done it that way going back quite a few years since NAPA came on board.

I actually surprised nobody complained that where Ricky put them on Saturday didn't create some aero advantage by placing them within the cage bars to create an additional sail panel effect.
