    Default Bump stop packers/shims

Without changing anything else, what effect would adding packers/shims to the RF bump do on throttle?

    Please explain....

Assuming you are back on the throttle with the bump mashed, it will tighten on throttle exit. Years ago, when we didn't travel the rf as much ( think like 3.75"), I could make our car push like a dump truck with 1/4" of shim.

if you add the shims and pick up a bit of a throttle push , then you could go to the rear and add a little bit more dynamic rear steer to over come the push and may find a little speed , you never really quit working back and forth ...

depends on what your using the bump for also
if your using it to catch the car from bottoming out, little effect
if your riding on it when your on the gas , big effect (but also depends how hard the bump is)

will free up the car a tick on entry if your riding on it also as it doesnt drag the rr as hard
    this info is very general
