Default Stuart and the XR series

Lots of big names already pulled into the Stuart Speedway today. It will be cool to see these guys run on one of the most competitive 1/4 miles bullrings in the country. Should be an amazing race!

Stunning news from the Stuart Speedway facebook page:

    "Stuart Speedway
    19 hrs ·
Scott Bloomquist was the first hauler to pull in the pits. I don't think he has ever been the first one to pull in the pits. It must have scared him so he left to go run some errands. Lol

So Mike Marlar is now the 1st one to officially get parked at the Stuart Speedway."

Always good to start the day with a laugh!

It looked like Bronson's hauler and Tyler Erb's hauler/van parked at the Bass Pro Shop in Altoona, IA this morning.

Fixed it was Bronson and not JD

My money is it won't disappoint. But even if the late models aren't great, the stock cars will be.

Most of the drivers i know from the area (i grew up around there) absolutely love racing on this track.

I hated racing on small tracks until I went to Stuart, that place changed me. It is an awesome track.

One of the most fun bullrings in the midwest and the locals put on a great show weekly. The XR racers should enjoy themselves there and the racing should be spectacular back to the roots type racing. Stuart's little town is a neat representative of much of Iowa and something that a lot of America should seek to copy.

I wish California had midweek tracks like Stuart. Also wish I could be there but the Cessna is in the shop. LOL

You jinxed the stock cars. Tonight they are having as many yellows as a bad B-Mod race.

With that being said, they almost always put on a great show. Tonight is the exception, rather than the rule.

that was ugly! Some of the most disappointing races i've been to is when the track goes dry slick and the less talented racers keep interrupting what could be a good race. guessing mike will have some strong words in tonight's pit meeting.

enjoyed the late model drivers showing their talent. hoping for even more tonight.

FYI: Event name is a tribute to a 1968 movie that used local footage from Stuart Speedway.

So Pierce "cant" run w/the BIG DAWGS, huh numbers don't lie, he passed quite a few to get 8th ..Instead of certain people saying he's nothing until he runs a Big series I call bullsh!t. Let's do one better, get 8 big Dawgs to come run strictly Midwest tracks and let's see how they stack up.Im sure there will be idiots out there defending them for whatever reason of why they would get there a@@ kicked. Lolm n WOO are overrated.

I like the 32 but he isn’t in the same category as the Brandon’s and JD, Mcready, Marlar, Madden and a few others.

In hindsight should have worked the track before the B-Mains - there was literally no passing in either of them unless someone on the top messed up bad. I think that would have also given the track time to blow off for the A-main.
