Where has Darrell Lanigan been?

From the looks of that DoD road to eldora video episode that they done at his shop last year I’d say he could afford a spare engine or two..

it isn't his equipment that he's driving. He drives for a guy out of Mississippi I believe.

Darrell isn't the full time racer that he was a couple years ago. All the racing equipment belongs to randy Thompson. Randy has only had one motor going back to last year. The equipment is just kept at Darrell's shop .

Lanigan hasn't drove for himself since 2019. Why would he himself have engines sitting around?

An engine shouldn’t be a problem when drives for a guy who likes to show everyone how much cash he has in his pockets all the time and brag about how much money he has. So I’d just say they probably don’t want to race much right now.

Doesn't matter how much cash you have if they cant get the parts, they cant build the engines. Some people are waiting on motors as far out as 6 months.

You'll see how bad the parts/engine shortage is when guy's shut their teams down early because of the fact.

I spent a lot of time around Darrell from 2015-2019. I not never one time ever heard him brag about how much money he has. The only time I ever seen him flash money around, was when it was time to play liars poker.

Clearly he has money, but that's never been a secret 🤷🏻
