Lightbulb New winner on summernationals tour

Well that is certainly one way to get a new winner on the tour.
NONE of this years previous winners even showed up.
Time to scrap this tour completely, or make it what Bob Memmer designed it to be, 3-4 weeks at the best tracks. NO nights off. period!

Freeman was quite impressive in winning the 2021 SAS rookie of the year and the championship both at the same time . Also he was the youngest chamo ever in the series ! He seems like a polite young man .

It is refreshing to see a new winner in victory lane. Congratulations to BMJ and his crew!!

Lol, it's 2022. Do yer own homework. If you're swift enough to come here for results, I think you can figure it out.

It's not exactly 1998 anymore where you have to search 15 different sites to find results.

Slightly related, but remember having to wait for the weekly racing news to find out who won out in Iowa, or somewhere not near you? I remember having to rely on those old speedway directory books to try and find the track...got lost all sorts of ways looking for Ponderosa Speedway. That was obviously before GPS and all that other jazz, but I was thinking at how beneficial it is for racers nowadays, that they can look at a track on satellite images and even watch a video or two. Much easier to prepare for new places in today's world.

No doubt. I googled Butler Summer Nationals winner and a sweet voice replied, Billy Moyer Jr. And that was without using the easy button.

Fan of Payton as well as I was a fan of his dad back in the day at the local tracks. He could very well take the championship but maybe more of a participation championship as only he and one other driver have competed in all the events. This has almost gone the way of a lot of regional series where a handful of drivers do the whole thing. Can’t blame drivers with the costs of everything now. Gotta do what’s best for you.

When 3 of the top 4 don't even bother to follow the last week, it is at least 1-4 weeks tooooo long. That includes the champ!
