Does anyone have a ideal crankshaft height for a 604 crate motor? How much movement is noticable adjusting Up,down, left or right?

There isn't going to be one. If you have the same chassis, shocks, springs, fuel cell, and weigh the same as me, maybe...

I guess I should have worded it differently. As what's common not "ideal"... I played with some engine placement and angle when I built the car and I'm wondering if I got myself out in left field. Was just maybe seeing what is common on the more modern cars. Just wanted something to get me in the ball park and then work from there. Also is moving the engine up 1" a noticable difference or should I make bigger or smaller swings at it?
