Default Solution to boring Super Late Model Racing

Run every race at Davenport Speedway. WOO put on a great show last night.

I would say that " The Highside Hustler " was in fact hustling ! ! What an unique design on his racecar ! !

Agree. Davenport, FALS, and Tri-state are doing something right. *Kokomo is ranked up there too*

Pretty sad state of affairs when a good race consists of a guy that won who still didn't pass anybody. I think the camera operators or producers are catching on to just televising the action rather than the leader out there, it's far more interesting.

My vote would be for Marshalltown Speedway.

Small track racing. YEAH. Bend that sheet metal up boys I'm coming in for a fight to the front. Close racing and not all that aero dependent.

Yes, the small tracks are the better racing. Under 1/2 mile

Tanner English, 18th to win at the wire. Yeah, Davenport rarely ever disappoints.

The track nearest to my doorstep is a half mile. The people who think they see good "racing" there need to see some of these shows. There have been some informal online polls about shortening the track and the ones who want to keep status quo always say things like, "I like the speed. It's one of the only half miles left." So what! It produces a lot of fast car shows in the late model class. It is the reason I quit going there.

That being said, track prep and having the right suite of equipment and knowledge of how to use it makes a huge difference.
Political correctness,...is the inability to speak the truth about the obvious.

Good points. Great tracks for actual racing.
