Seen where they've cancelled the planned dirt races at N. Wilkesboro.
In short, they feel they didn't have enough time to tear up the asphalt and properly prep a dirt track in time for the planned events.

It was an ambitious undertaking…..I was hoping it would work for the dirt ,but not surprised they can’t pull it off.
I’ll go back when nascar races there again, A lot of good memories with family at that joint back in the day, and a-lot of cold holly farms fried chicken eaten out of the cooler too.Where is the move over flag when you need it?????

Rodney Childers was screaming about them tearing up the old asphalt. Said surface is awesome. Leave it alone!
